Featuring large and very beautiful flowers that are creamy pink with hints of yellow, this variety is a true testament to nature's artistry. As a member of the Dahlia Giant Dinner Plate family, Kotara boasts striking blooms that can reach up to 30cm across, making them the size of a dinner plate. All tubers are sent with visible eyes or shoots in early Spring!
 
Dahlia Tuber orders will be posted out over the next 4 weeks (by mid october) as the eyes show.  Always unpack your tubers within 24hrs of receipt. Any concerns with the tubers should be addressed immediately as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect storage once they have arrived.
 
We have strict protocols to prevent viral and bacterial spread and never knowingly send any diseased or non-viable stock. Once the tubers are growing we are no longer able to guarantee their health state as disease can be spread locally in soil and via insect transmission, so please understand that we cannot refund orders if plants become infected through the season.
 
 
Due to quarantine laws we are unable to send any plant material (tubers or seeds) to NT or Western Australia.

Planting your tubers:
Tubers should be planted horizontally, with the eye or shoot facing upwards, 10cm below the surface, at least 40cm spacing between plants.
